UltraCare - About Us

UltraCare is an established software system designed specifically for the care home environment to enable care management professionals to proactively deliver tailored care management solution.

DiscloseIT Ltd was set up to supply software solutions to businesses and actively promotes and supports UltraCare. Solutions that we offer can be tailored to meet clients' individual requirements, and we have an established record of delivering innovative solutions within tight timescales and budgetary constraints.

UltraCare has been developed in conjunction with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) specialists and with actual care providers to produce a user friendly and highly configurable system.

UltraCare was initially developed in 2004 to manage the specific requirements of an organisation providing 24-hour residential and nursing accommodation plus short-term respite and day care services for adult and elderly people with recurring and/or enduring mental health problems. Authorised users - at the five homes and the head office - currently use the system to manage and record the care delivered to service users.

Since 2004 the system has evolved to meet the developing needs of the business and we decided that DiscloseIT would, while continuing to support the initial system, also develop something to support others within the broader spectrum of the Social Care Sector. We did it, and so we're now actively marketing UltraCare.
